howdoi software package provides command line tool for instant coding answers, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install howdoi
howdoi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the howdoi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep howdoi *
You will get with howdoi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
